Terms of Service

By placing an online order with La Costa Taqueria, you agree to these terms.

Pickup orders

Online ordering is for same-day pickup only. You must choose either 240 E. 11th St or 311 E. Grant Line Rd in Tracy and verify that location before paying. Stores are open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, subject to temporary pauses and item availability. Available pickup times are shown at checkout. Estimated preparation time is 15 minutes.

Pricing and payment

Displayed menu prices include applicable sales tax. Customization charges are shown before checkout. No tip is requested or added. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card payments are processed by Stripe when offered. ACH and other bank-account payments are not accepted. Payment must be processed before 8:45 PM Pacific Time. New payments are unavailable at and after 8:45 PM. Orders paid before the cutoff are confirmed automatically once our server verifies the Stripe transaction.

Accuracy and availability

You are responsible for reviewing the location, items, options, contact information, and pickup time before paying. An item or pickup slot can become unavailable before payment. Once payment is processed, all sales are final. No refunds.

Communications

A mobile number is required so the selected store can address order-specific problems. Transactional SMS is optional; if you opt in, we may send an order confirmation and operational updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Transactional consent is not used for marketing and is not a condition of purchase.

Food and pickup

Contact the selected store promptly about allergy concerns before ordering. Online customization choices do not guarantee an allergen-free preparation area. Unclaimed food may be discarded for food safety and quality.
